I love capturing the beauty of the lighthouses along the coast of my home state of Maine.
Prospect Harbor Lighthouse is located at the head of Prospect Harbor, Maine. The first structure was built in 1850 and the current structure was built in 1891. It was automated in 1934, however light keepers remained there until 1951. The keeper’s house was damaged by fire in 2022 and is currently being restored.
